Our History
GCD Technologies was founded in 1999 during the dot com revolution. As students the two partners, Andrew Cuthbert and Andrew Gough developed and honed enthusiast software skills into a first class trade in professional website and software solutions. Starting with E-commerce websites GCD Technologies built upon it's successes and now specialises in E-commerce, content management, desktop software and large scale database enterprises.
Moving from Belfast to Lisburn in 2004 our team has grown to 8 full time staff and our portfolio has more than doubled. We have become key partners to several large businesses and charities including Propertynews.com, Concern Worldwide, Farmrite Animal Health and many other organisations.

Our key skill is in connecting specialist programming skills ‘under the bonnet' with dynamic and vibrant presentation. We link back-end systems to front-end interfaces in clever and robust ways and can engineer solutions that either communicate with all sorts of packages or replace them entirely. Our Approach to Development
We believe strongly in agile development: staying close to the leading edge of new technology while being small enough to adapt and our technologies and products. We are early adopters of new technologies to ensure our projects are as future proofed as possible, while we take every effort to make use of tried and tested approaches that remain cost effective. We believe high performance shouldn't cost the earth.

Our Future
With the recent launch of our new Pagelets 6 software we are excited to be able to offer yet again the best in tailored content management for websites. Our soon to be released Accounts package for Charities, not-for-profits and Churches will be partnered with the general release of the second version of our Omega.NET record keeping platform. Our estate agent software The Edge developed for Propertynews.com continues to go from strength to strength with several exciting additions scheduled for the early summer.
